DAMAGED or OPEN PACKAGES
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

INCOMPLETE ORDERS
Notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment if your order arrives incomplete. 101 Designer Jewels makes every effort to ship complete orders; however, if you should receive an incomplete order: 1. Contact us. 2. Have the invoice number, item number and description of the missing item(s) ready before you call. I will check shipping records and attempt to resolve the discrepancy as quickly as possible.
RETURNS
All Tutorials have a NO RETURNS policy. For our jewelry you must follow the following proceedure for returns to be accepted:
Prior to returning any jewelry merchandise you must contact me to obtain authorization. Merchandise must be returned to us within ten (10) days of receipt, in resalable condition, insured for full value, and shipped pre-paid along with a copy of your sales invoice. Packages returned C.O.D. will not be accepted. Special orders are not returnable. Before returning any items, contact us at 989-791-5139. Upon receipt of the undamaged, unaltered merchandise, we will issue a credit, exchange or a refund for the value of the merchandise (less a 20% restocking fee); shipping charges are non-refundable and do not count towards credit. Joolz reserves the right to determine whether any goods have been altered or damaged. Credit will be issued only upon our examination of the returned items. We cannot be responsible for packages you ship to us that are not insured!
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special Orders must be prepaid. No exceptions. I check everything over before it is shipped for quaility. If your item arrives damaged see above for Damaged items. Special orders are not returnable!
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
101 Designer Jewels makes every effort to keep the items in our online catalog in stock. However, due to unforeseen events, certain items may occasionally be out-of-stock. If any item on your order is unavailable, 100 Designer Jewels will place the item(s) on back order.
